Overall design Ldlr-/- (n=3) and Ldlr-/-Trem2-/- (n=3) female mice were fed a high fat diet for 10 weeks to induce the formation of atherosclerotic plaques. Aortas were excised, cryoconserved and nuclei extracted for single-nucleus RNA-sequencing
