Summary Enriched eCLIP combined with miR-181a/b-1 deficiency allows for the stringent identification of 6,729 miR-181 MREs in murine thymocytes.
 
Overall design miR-eCLIP experiment was setup and perforemd by Eclisebio. The experiment consists of four conditions: an Ago2 IP, an Ago2 IP with miR181 knockout, an miR181 IP on top of the Ago2 IP also without and with miR181 knockout.
