Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |

Summary |
Keap1 mutant lung tumors were injected into mice and once lung tumors formed the mice were treated with anti-PD1, DRP-104, or the combination of the drugs. Immune cells and tumor cells were isolated from the lungs and ExCITE-seq was performed.

Overall design |
2 mice (G1 vs G2) per treatment arm: Isotype + Vehicle (HT4), DRP-104 + Isotype (HT2), anti-PD1 + Vehicle (HT3), and DRP-104 + anti-PD1 (HT1). After 5 days of treatment, immune and tumor cells were analyzed by ExCITE-seq with libraries for gene expression, ADT, and TCR
