Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of the placenta from pregnant mice undergoing circadian disruption.

Summary The placenta is composed of distinct cell types. Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed to analyze the diversity of cell types contained in the placenta.
 
Overall design C57BL/6J pregnant mice were randomly divided and housed under either the control 12h-light/ 12h-dark condition (CON) or chronically phase-shifted condition (CPS) where phase was advanced by 8 hours every 5 days exclusively during pregnancy. On embryonic day 18.5, the placenta was collected and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
