Summary We generated homogeneous neural constructs called neural concentroids. We used single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of brain cell types in the neural concentroids with or without the incorporation of hiPSC-derived endothelial cells as an effect of vascularization
Overall design Cell nuclei were isolated by in-house protocols and analyzed using snRNAseq.
