Title Analysis of Gene Expression Profile Alterations During NBXH Treatment for Tuberculosis

Summary To further investigate the therapeutic potential of NBXH in treating tuberculosis, we employ whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform. The study aimed to explore the impact of NBXH treatment on the gene expression profile of tuberculosis-infected animal models. The animal models were treated with high, medium, and low doses of NBXH. Following three months of treatment, PBMCs from each treatment group were used for whole genome microarray expression profiling analysis, alongside a control group. With a screening criterion of P <0.05 and an absolute log2FC value >1, 3454 up-regulated and 3597 down-regulated DEGs were respectively identified in the gene expression profiles of the mouse TB model treated with NBXH.
Overall design Once the tuberculosis infection model had been established, the tuberculosis-infected animal models underwent treatment with high, medium, and low doses of NBXH for three months. Gene expression profiles in PBMCs were then measured, and each group underwent three independent experiments.
