Summary |
The goal of this study was to define the impact of beta-glucan (CLEC7A agonist), anti-CD40 (agonist) and the combination of beta-glucan and anti-CD40 on the intra-tumoral immune landscape of mouse orthotopic pancreatic tumors using single-cell RNA sequencing.

Overall design |
This repository contains single-cell RNA sequencing of mouse (PDA.7940B mouse tumor cells) (n=2 samples/condition) untreated or 8 days post-treatment with beta-glucan, anti-CD40 or beta-glucan and anti-CD40. Two samples (consisting of 2-3 pooled tumors) per treatment condition were processed. Tissues were mechanically minced and digested with collagenase/DNase and filtered. Dead cells were removed using a Dead cell removal kit (Miltenyi) and single-cell cDNA libraries were prepared at the CHOP Single Cell Genomics Core at the University of Pennsylvania.
