Title Mutations in CHEK2 affect the tumor immune microenvironment and increase the response to PD-1 inhibitor therapy
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To elucidate whether CHEK2 mutations has a similar effect on the tumor microenvironment and response to immune checkpoint blockade therapy as mutations in POLE, we performed RNA-seq analysis of tumor tissues of mice receiving PBS or anti-PD-1 therapy to compare the gene expression profiles.

Overall design RNA-seq was performed on CT26 tumors tissues of mice in POLE-mutant and vector cells which received PBS(N=5) or anti-PD-1(N=5).
