Summary We used single cell RNA sequencing to investigate how macrophages regulate tumor-associated fibroblast heterogeneity in PDAC liver metastasis
 
Overall design Experimental liver metastasis in Pdgfrb-GFP reporter mouse model for 14 days. Macrophages were depleted with CSF1R neutralizing antibody, or IgG control, from Day 7 to 14. GFP+ metastasis-associated fibroblasts and GFP+ cells from naive liver were enriched by fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed by single cell RNA sequencing
