Title |
ATAC-seq analysis for T-ALL cell lines |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
ATAC-seq analysis was performed in multiple T-ALL cell lines to analyze chromatin accessibility.
|
|
|
Overall design |
The cells are incubated with Tn5 transposase. Tagmented DNA fragments are purified with Zymo DNA purification kit. ATAC libraries are purified and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq at GENEWIZ Azenta Life Sciences Co. Ltd.
