| Overall design |
C57BL/6 Cul3 flox mice were on CD or WD for 13 weeks, then AAV-TBG-Null or AAV-TBG-Cre were injected to these mice to generate WT and liver Cul3 KO mice, respectively. Mice were maintained on the same diet (eitehr CD or WD) for additional 5 weeks and tissues were collected for analysis.
