Summary Hashimoto's thyroiditis and papillary thyroid cancer are the most common thyroid disorders. We used spatial transcriptome sequencing (ST-seq) to investigate their potential relationship.
 
Overall design Specimens were collected from patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and papillary thyroid cancer and analyzed using ST-seq.
