Title Effect of S1P on gene expression in human primary keratinocytes

Summary To investigate the effect of the sphingolipid S1P secreted by melanoma cells on epidermal keratinocytes, we treated human primary keratinocytes with exogenous S1P.
 
Overall design We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of HPK treated or not with S1P (1µM) for 24 h. Each condition was performed in 5 replicates.
