Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of decitabine induced HLAG+ regulatory T cells

Summary Decitabine induced HLAG+ regulatory T cells present a novel approach for adoptive cellular immunotherapy for immune mediated diseases. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to further dissect their molecular identity.
 
Overall design HLAG+ reulatory T cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
