Summary Plagl1 controls Muller glial cells proliferation in the retina. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the prolirative state of Muller glial cells and identify the signals that might be involved in this process
 
Overall design Retinal cells were isolated from P7 wild type and Plagl1 KO retinas at P7. Dead cells removed by magnetic cell sorting and cells were analyzed using csRNAseq
