Title Single Cell sequencing analysis of intrapulmonary airway cells from wildtype mouse and Sox2 conditional knockout mouse

Summary The goal of this study was to compare intrapulmonary airway cells obtained from wildtype mice to Sox2cKO mice.
 
Overall design One sample of adult mouse airway epithelial cells and one sample of adult Sox2-CreERT2; Sox2-flox; R26R-EYFP lineage traced mice were prepared for library preparation.
