Title |
Abcg2 expressing VESC in adult heart |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Abcg2 expressing vascular endothelial stem cells (AbcVESC) in adult murine heart promote vessel regeneration after cardiac infarction injury. Here we compared H3.3 K4Me3, K27Me3 modifications between AbcVESC and mature EC

Overall design |
AbcVESC in adult Abcg2creERT;ROSATdtomato (Abcg2TT) mice were labeled by TdTomato 1 day after 50mg/kg tamoxifen injection. H3.3 K4Me3, K27Me3 CHIP-Seq were performed in TdTomato+ AbcVESC and TdTomato- mature EC from adult Abcg2TT mouse heart.
