Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of phenotypic LT-HSCs from single-mutant JAK2 V617F and double mutant JAK2 V617F;Dnmt3a-/- mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We investigated if Dnmt3a loss leads to alterations in JAK2 V617F LT-HSCs heterogenity and expression profile using single-cell RNA sequencing.

Overall design LT-HSCs (Lineage-, c-Kit+, Sca-1+, CD150+, CD48-) were FACS-sorted from bone marrow of mice treated with pegylated IFN alpha (25µg/kg, s.c. in 100µl) for 24 hours or vehicle (saline) and used for downstream single-cell RNAseq.
