Summary We investigate the heterogeneity of macrophage populations in the fetal liver to define their specific roles during hematopoiesis. 
 
Overall design CD11b+,F4/80+ cells were sorted from WT fetal livers at E14.5 using FACS and analyzed using scRNAseq.
