Title |
Single nucleus RNAseq of midbrain dopaminergic neuronal nuclei isolated by FACS |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
While many studies have performed single cell profiling of dopamine (DA) neurons in mice, they have largely been limited by the number of DA neurons captured. Here, we performed single-nucleus RNAseq on DA neurons to refine the DA subtype landscape.

Overall design |
Two replicates from a total of n=5 DAT-Cre mice with a nuclear GFP reporter. Samples contain tissue from midbrains after isolation of DAT+ nuclei via FACS.
