Overall design |
C57Bl6 WT mice and CD8-IFNgRKO mice were engrafted with the melanoma cell line B16 expressing OVA. CD3+ CD8+ T cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) from the tumor and draining lymph node after 12 days and subjected to scRNA and scTCR sequencing.
