Title scRNA-seq of total mouse aortic cells after CD8+ T cell depletion with CITE-seq and cell Hashing
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary scRNA-seq of aortic cells in atherosclerotic mice with CD8+ T cell depletion after establishment of atherosclerotic lesions

Overall design We performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis with CITE-seq and cell hashing of total viable aortic cells from Ldlr-/- mice fed a high fat diet for 13 weeks and treated with a CD8 depleting antibody for the last 4 weeks of high fat diet
