Summary |
To investigate the the role of suv39h1 in the regulation of kidney fibrosis in vitro, we established suv39h1fl/fl mice and isolated renal fibroblasts.Fibroblasts were treated with Cre recombinant adenovirus (Ad-Cre) or GFP recombinant adenovirus(Ad-GFP) , and then TGF-β was added to the cells after starving overnight.

Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Ad-Cre treated renal fibroblasts and Ad-GFP treated fibroblasts. Fibroblast activation was induced by treatment with TGF-β.
