Title Brain region-specific changes in neurons and glia and dysregulation of dopamine signaling in Grin2a mutant mice [snRNA-seq]

Summary To identify which brain cell types are contributing to the bulk transcriptomic changes in Grin2a mutant mice, we performed single-nucleus RNAseq (snRNAseq) in Grin2a heterozygous and homozygous mutants and their wild-type littermates at 4 and 12 weeks of age.
 
Overall design SnRNAseq analysis of prefrontal cortex (PFC), somatosensory cortex (SSC), hippocampus (HP), striatum (ST) and Thalamus (TH) at 12 weeks, as well as PFC and HP at 4 weeks in Grin2a mutant mice.
