Summary |
Tmem127 is a tumor suppressor gene that has been linked to inherited susceptibility to pheochromocytomas. We used single nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to explore the cellular role of Tmem127.

Overall design |
Nuclei from 6 pairs frozen adrenal glands were extracted and isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the DPI signal and analyzed using snRNAseq.
