Title Transcriptome analysis reveals hub genes and Ihh and KLF9 axis in the endometrial restoration in IUA mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the molecular mechanism during the restoration of mouse endometrium by CRCs transplantation, uterine horns were collected from the mice of CRC cells- transplanted, injury and sham operated groups at 7 days after surgery for RNAsequencing (RNA-seq). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of three groups mice.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for sham operated group, injury group and CRCs-transplanted group.
