Series GSE213508 Query DataSets for GSE213508
Status Public on Dec 31, 2022
Title Whole-organism C. elegans L2 GRH-1 ChIP-seq (experiment 1 of 2)
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed ChIP-seq to determine chromatin regions binding Transcription Factor GRH-1, and thereby potential binding motifs and sites thereof, in C. elegans (larval stage 2) whole organisms.

Overall design One sample was used as "input", ie non-specific pulldown. 3 GRH-1-specific samples were generated, using 3 different salt concentrations for protocol optimisation and potential replication. Samples were collected at two time points to broadly cover the L2 stage, before pooling.
