Title ChIP-seq analysis of ETV3 and ETV6 in monocyte-derived cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We analyzed by ChIPseq the genes bound by ETV3 or ETV6 in differentiating monocytes.

Overall design Immuno-precitipation of ETV3 or ETV6 was performed in monocytes cultured with cytokines for 3 days. We sequenced DNA of inmuno-precipitated material from two independent donors and the corresponding input.
