Title |
ChIP-seq analysis of ETV3 and ETV6 in monocyte-derived cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We analyzed by ChIPseq the genes bound by ETV3 or ETV6 in differentiating monocytes.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Immuno-precitipation of ETV3 or ETV6 was performed in monocytes cultured with cytokines for 3 days. We sequenced DNA of inmuno-precipitated material from two independent donors and the corresponding input.
