Summary |
To investigate chromatin accessibility changes after endotoxin exposure in the mouse kidney, single-cell ATACseq was performed (10X Genomics). Low dose endotoxin (0.25 mg/kg) was used to examine the renoprotective effects of endotoxin preconditioning.

Overall design |
C57BL/6J male mice (8-10 weeks of age) were subjected to the following condtions: 1) untreated control, 2) 0.25 mg/kg LPS for 4 hrs, 3) 0.25 mg/kg LPS for 24 hrs, 4) 0.25 mg/kg LPS followed 24 hrs later by 5 mg/kg LPS for 24 hrs. 5) 5 mg/kg LPS for 16 hrs.
