Title |
Skin & Pancreas chronic inflammation versus Normal Skin & Pancreas |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To find which signaling is activated in chronic inflammation, we tried to induce chronic skin and pancreas inflammation compared to normal skin and pancreas.
|
|
|
Overall design |
To induce skin inflammation, mice were treated with DNFB (contact allergen) and this group was compared to acetone-treated mice (as a control). To induce pancreas inflammation, mice were injected with caerulein and this group was compared to PBS-injected mice (as a control).
