Title Skin & Pancreas chronic inflammation versus Normal Skin & Pancreas
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To find which signaling is activated in chronic inflammation, we tried to induce chronic skin and pancreas inflammation compared to normal skin and pancreas.

Overall design To induce skin inflammation, mice were treated with DNFB (contact allergen) and this group was compared to acetone-treated mice (as a control). To induce pancreas inflammation, mice were injected with caerulein and this group was compared to PBS-injected mice (as a control).
