Summary Analysis of targeted genomic and epigenomic mutations within GFP, human ATP1a1, human TP53BP1 and murine MyoD induced through state-of the art base editors
 
Overall design Genomic DNA was isolated from human HEK293T cells which constiutively express GFP or murine 3T3 cells which were transfected with the base editor and a gene-specific gRNA. Specific gene locus was amplified with barcoded primers and subjected to amplicon deep sequencing with either through PacBio Sequencing or Illumina Sequencing
