Title Gene expression and muscle contractile physiology in anoles

Summary Here, we use a transcriptomic apprach to identify genes associated with variation in muscle contractile physiology differences among different muscles of the same individual.
 
Overall design We used RNAseq to measure gene expression differences between 12 leg muscles and 12 jaw muscles of anolis lizards
