Title The genetic profile of murine primary cells cultured from tumors (MPC)
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Third-party reanalysis
Summary We established cell lines (fibroblasts) from pancreatic tumors in a mouse model of pancreatic carcinogenesis overexpressing METTL3 and performed RNAseq to examine changes in the gene profile of fibroblasts upon METTL3 overexpression. For the present study, we used the database of murine embryonal fibroblast (MEF) as the experimental control (GSE133753; GSM3926647, GSM3926648, GSM3926649 and GSE193354; GSM5795876, GSM5795877, GSM5795878).

Overall design Total RNA was extracted from nine clones of cell lines, and RNA- sequencing was performed.
