Title Spatial RNA sequencing of mouses brain slices following spatial object recognition training

Summary We report a spatial transcriptomics dataset of mouse brain tissue generated with the 10x Genomics Visium platform to identify gene expression profiles of spatial object recognition training.
 
Overall design We performed spatial gene expression profiling analysis using Visium data obtained from coronal mouse brain sections of 2 groups (trained vs. home cage).
