Title |
Sensory nerve niche regulates mesenchymal stem cell homeostasis via FGF/mTOR/autophagy axis [RNA-seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study is to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of proximal end of incisor 1 week after TMX induction between control and Fgfr1 mutant mice
|
|
|
Overall design |
mRNA profiles of control and Fgfr1 mutant mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using NextSeq500 High Output. The quality of RNA samples was determined using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and all samples for sequencing had RNA integrity numbers >9.
