Summary By analyzing brain cerebral cortex transcriptome, we provide the gene expression profile from diverse cell types from brain.
 
Overall design Brain cerebral cortices were dissected from the two hemispheres of three animals and pooled. We profiled these samples using droplet based 10X method (10x Genomics Chromium).
