Title |
p53 ChIP-seq of primary astrocytes in vitro |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the transcriptional regulation by p53 in astrocytes, we performed ChIP-sequencing using p53 antibody (Leica CM-5) or rabbit IgG control in wildtype primary mouse cortical astrocytes.

|
|
Overall design |
Primary astrocytes from a total of 8 P3 mouse brains were cultured in the presence of BMP4. ChIP was performed using the EZ-Magna ChIP kit (Millipore) according to manufacturers instructions.
