Title Next generation sequencing analysis in Y-1 mouse adrenocortical cells after dexamethasone treatment

Summary RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was used to identify early transcriptomic responses of Y-1 cells to the dexamethasone treatment.
 
Overall design Y-1 adrenocortical cells were subcultured separately onto three groups. mRNA profiles of the control ,1h-dexamethasone treatment, and 24h-dexamethasone treatment were compared. Three replicated experiments were performed independently on different days starting from different cell passages.
