Title |
Transcriptional profiling of sequentially generated septal neuron fates |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Single cell RNA-Seq analysis of the developing septum and MGE at embryonic stages, and septum at postnatal stages
|
|
|
Overall design |
The entire embryonic septa and MGE/PoA complex of embryonic mice at embryonic days 11, 14 and 17, and the septa of mice at postnatal days 3, 10 and 30 were dissected out and submitted to single cell RNA sequencing, using the inDrops platform. CD-1 wildtype mice (Charles River strain code 022) were used.
