Summary |
We report the H3K27 trimethylation profiles in Arabidospsis wild type and clf mutant plants before and after high humidity treatment. We find that many genes display a different H3-lysine 27 trimethylation level in the clf mutant plant compared to Col-0 plant. In addition, high humidity also influences H3K27 trimethylation profiles in both genotypes.
