Title |
Next-generation sequencing is useful for quantitative analysis of the transcriptome of RSL3@O2-ICG NBS combined with low-frequency ultrasound treated and untreated HCC cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing

Summary |
Hepatocellular carcinoma has a hidden onset and is often found at an advanced stage clinically. Moreover, because it is insensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, its treatment is often difficult. Therefore, we constructed a new type of ultrasound contrast agent RSL3@O2-ICG NBS, combined with low frequency ultrasound irradiation, to realize the integration of diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. At the same time, next-generation high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to accurately analyze the differential expression of mRNA and lncRNA targets after adding RSL3@O2-ICG NBS and using low-frequency ultrasound (LFU)

Overall design |
The transcripts of two kinds of HCC cells before and after RSL3@O2-ICG NBS combined with low-frequency ultrasound were detected
