Overall design There are four groups cells used for this expression profile comparison : control and CtBP1 KD, CtBP2 KD and CtBP1/2 DKD. The RNA was extracted from well cultured cells using TRIzol reagent, and whole transcriptome gene expression profiling were performed using an Affymetrix Human Gene 1.1 ST whole transcriptome microarray platform.
