Title in situ HiC in Smchd1-GFP NSCs
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Other
Summary in situ HiC to assess chromatin conformation in Smchd1-GFPMD43/MD43 and Smchd1-GFP+/+ neural stem cells.

Overall design 3 independent cell lines for each genotype were derived from E14.5 embryos' cortices and cultured for less than 10 passages to be used as biological replicates. One cell line of each genotype was used for the whole cell extract samples.
