Title |
RNA sequencing for the gene expression profile changes of shPdgf-d and shControl mESCs |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In this study, by RNA sequencing, we found that Pdgf-d knockdown significantly downregulated differentiation associated genes, particularly those of vascular development and angiogenesis. MAPK/ERK signaling related genes level were repressed as well. Collectively, our work reveals that PDGF-D is a novel player in ESCs regulation and suggests potential application for PDGF-D in ESCs culture and vascular lineage derivation.
