Title miR-22 and miR-205 drive tumor aggressiveness of mucoepidermoid carcinomas of salivary glands [miRNA]

Summary We used miRNA expression arrays and integrated analysis to study mucoepidermoid carcinomas (MEC) to identify potential drivers involved with its pathogenesis. Normal salivary glands were used as controls.
 
Overall design 25 MECs and 06 normal salivary glands (controls) were studied using Agilent Sure-Print G3 Human miRNA 8x60K microarrays for miRNA expression analysis. Tumor samples were compared to nornal salivary gland samples
