Summary RNA-seq analysis was performed to identify early OB-regulating genes in C3H10T1/2 MSCs.
 
Overall design C3H10T1/2 MSCs were left untreated (control) or induced for osteoblast differentiation (OB) for 3 days. There are 3 biological replicates for the control group and 4 for the OB group.
