Summary Wild-type KATOIII cells and their derived mutant clones B3 and B4 harboring biallelic deletions of the +22.6-kb site, located 22.6 kb downstream from the ABO translation start site
 
Overall design CRISPR/Cas9 system with a pair of genome-editing plasmids 5′Enhancer and 3′Enhancer was used to create genomic deletions of the +22.6-kb site in KATOIII cells. The sequencing revealed genomic deletion of the sequences +22,579/+22,740 and +22,579/+22,742 in clone B3, and the sequences +22,580/+22,740 and +22,580/+22,742 in clone B4 from ABO translation start site.
