Title Kruppel-like factor 2 is important for endoderm-related gene regulation with Ring1b-mediated mechanism in mESCs
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the RNA-seq data of Klf2 KO and Ring1b KD from mouse embryonic stem cells. Wild type and Klf2 knockout cells were knockdowned with Ring1b shRNA. Samples were lysed with total RNA prep kit.

Overall design Two biological replicates were analyzed. RNA-seq samples in wild-type (WT) and Klf2 knockout were treated with Ring1b knockdown in mouse embryonic stem cells (E14TG2a).
Please note that each processed data was generated from both replicates and is linked to the corresponding rep1 sample records.
