Title |
RNA sequencing of mouse podocytes with and without knockdown of Pdss2 |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report trancriptional changes between wildtype mouse immortalized podocytes and compared to podocytes with shRNA-knockdown of Pdss2.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Bulk RNA sequencing of control and knockdown, n=3 biological replicates per condition, at day 14 of differentiation, 7 days following knockdown with scrambled- or Pdss2-targeted shRNAs. Two different validated Pdss2-targeted shRNAs were used.
