Title Chamber-Enriched gene expression profiles in failing human hearts with reduced ejection fraction [snRNA-Seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To generate the reference for cell composition deconvolution and characterize the cellular expression landscape, we performed single nucleus RNA-Seq (snRNA-Seq) on left ventricles from four non-failing hearts and one failing heart.

Overall design single nucleus RNA-Seq on left ventricles from 4 non-failing (Control) hearts and 1 failing (HF) heart.
